Managing Partner
Cecilia Pernigotti is the Managing Partner of IMMIGRAR Immigration Services. She graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires in 2003 and has completed a Master in Commercial Law at the University of San Andrés in 2009.
She specializes in immigration, commercial and corporate law, has been in charge of Immigration legal Departments’ at the most prestigious and recognized law firms in Argentina and has attended several conferences and courses regarding her fields of specialization.
She advises foreign citizens, of all nationalities, and local and foreign companies of different industries in regards of compliance of immigration law, as well as all the procedures and documents needed to ensure that foreign citizens can obtain their entry permits and transit, temporary or permanent visas in Argentina or at the Argentine consulate abroad and acts in their name and on their behalf before the Immigration Office.
She is registered as immigrant’s legal representative at the Immigration Office and is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
